I made turkey burgers for dinner today with 93% lean ground turkey. I will say that it wasn't very appetizing. I couldn't eat it. Luckily, the kids ate it but I didn't tell them it was a turkey burger. lol
I put a lite salt, soul seasoning, ketchup and a few bread crumbs. Obviously, it was not enough :)
How do you season your turkey meat because I need help?

We make turkey burgers now, too. I put one envelope of ranch seasonings (the kind that makes dressing or dip) in it and shape into burgers. I made them on the Forman grill.
I have also mixed in 2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce, and wrapped a small mozzarella cheese ball in middle of it.
EVERYONE loves the ranch ones, tho. Let me know what you think.
I am going to try that next time. If they are seasoned right, I am sure they will be more edible. :)
Gotta be better than the fake veggies ones, right? :)
